What to Look for in a Gym Instructor Course?

If you are considering completing a level 2 Gym Instructor Course / qualification you must ensure that it is accredited through a regognised awarding body like CYQ, Active IQ, City and Guilds or OCR. CYQ and Active IQ are perhaps the most recognised awarding bodies because they are specialists in health and fitness sector and as such employ specialist staff to manage these qualifications.

The cost of gym instructor courses range  between £450.00-£950.00 depending on the provider and the way in which the gym instructor course is delivered. Direct delivery programmes are usually taught over around 4-6 weeks and on a full-time basis, which is certainly the most expensive route. Blended learning courses require students to undertake a period of distance-learning in their own time, before attending an intensive practical training programme. The blended learning programmes are certainly the most popular route and are also considerably cheaper.
